Dr. Oz: Resolve to Say "Om" in the New Year



Forget the yellow-brick road—Dr. Oz is telling the world to follow the yoga path to good health. Dr. Mehmet Oz, host of "The Dr. Oz Show" on television, wants to get us in the best shape this new year and shares nine practical resolutions in a New York Times article. One of his tips: do yoga daily. In Dr. Oz's case, he does seven minutes every morning that include sun salutations.
