video: Kid Yoga, Good Karma






















A big shoutout to CNN for their recent piece on kids yoga. As CNN points out in this video, increased flexibility, strength and stress relief are just a few of the reasons yoga for kids has gotten so popular. Another reason: the kids have a blast!
