30 Day Yoga Challenge: Day 4 or 7









Apparently, the only thing more difficult than taming my schedule into 30 empty slots for yoga is finding time to write about it. As you can see by the title, today is either Day 4 or 7 (actually 10, but who's counting) of my 30 Day Yoga Challenge. If you must know, it was the friend who left town, the family member who visited town, and, finally, a gnarly sinus infection that got me off track. Right now, the closest thing I get to yogic breathing is inhaling the fumes of my theraflu. Ujjayi breathing, on the other hand, seems to be coming quite naturally (or it sounds like it is at least).

But it works!
As soon as my cold frees at least one of my nostrils, I'm returning to the mat and starting on day 5. Because here's the deal, in 4 sort days of yoga, I realized that yoga is magic. And the kicker is that the more often you do it, the more magic it is. But I'll save the details for my upcoming posts!
