"Opening one's heart to love" sounds so inviting, but if it were that easy, why aren't we all doing it? Unfortunately we know it is all too easy to get caught up in fear, or the risk we may be hurt or rejected. How to overcome this? We've discovered that our yoga practice is a wonderful vehicle for allowing us to open up to love. We've also learned that sometimes all it takes is a deceptively simple, beautiful little film about love to put us on the road to an open heart.
